Russ and Ann Grelling joined their individual talents and shared vision to establish Grelling Residential Home in 2006 as an adult residential home for developmentally disabled adults where every adult receives sensitive, professional care.

Russ received his Master’s Degree in Education with an emphasis in counseling psychology from University of Missouri, Kansas City; and he received his Master’s Degree of Divinity from Golden Gate Seminary (Mill Valley, California) with an emphasis in Pastoral Care.  He has served teenagers, adults, and families as an administrator, counselor, and principal, throughout his career with the California Southern Baptist Convention, Azusa Pacific University, and Western Christian Schools.  While co-administrating the Grelling Residential Home, Russ is also a director of the San Gabriel/Pomona Regional Center Foundation, a charitable foundation for developmentally disabled adults and their families.  Russ also has a wide variety of professional certifications, and licenses, and maintains a license in Pastoral Ministry.
